We just actually purchased this one. We just got through closing. A lot of people will not buy mobile homes. There’s a lot of negative connotations that go with them. A lot of work goes into them, but we don’t care. We will still take them. We’re glad to. We love mobile homes. We can still take them and still the same offer as anyone else. We can take them for cash in two weeks.
This one was a little bit interesting. We can do different types of things. This owner was worried about a big capital gains tax when he sold this house all at once. So we worked out a plan to get him a down payment, and it’s actually going to be seller financing, so he’s going to get a check every month. And you can do something like that and pass it on to your kids, so somebody else gets a check every month. We can give you cash upright. We can work out all kinds of deals.
This one obviously needs a little bit of work, had bad tenants in there. We don’t care. We’ll still take the house for you. We’ll work with you through all these crazy coronavirus things. We just did a video closing. There’s nothing that we can’t do to help you.
