Robert: Hey, guys. Robert here, with We Buy Houses. I’m at another property. The owner just called us and wanted us to come out and make him a cash offer, which I think we’re going to. We’re going to make him an offer on this. It’s not quite what he thinks.
So, this is something we deal with quite a bit. He had tenants in this property. You can can kind of see that he just trashed it. He hasn’t been to this property in some years. He lives out-of-state. Whoops. There is food left on the stove that was just cooking, it looks like, the other day. And this is the best part of the house. The rest was just trashed. I mean, water damage, writing on the walls, holes in the wall. You can tell they just left in the middle of the night and left all this stuff here. But we are still able to make an offer on a house like this, for cash, and close in two weeks. We’re going to take care of all of this junk removal for him. He doesn’t want any kind of problems to deal with. He just wants to be done. And that’s what we’re here for. We were even going to take the property with tenants still in it.
So, we will take properties as-is. We make all the repairs. We pay all the closing costs. And we’ll get you cash and close within two weeks. This one should be pretty simple. We’ll just pay off the mortgage for the guy, and we’re actually going to take over payments and give him a little bit of cash. But whatever the situation is, we’re going to work with you. That’s the difference, is not everything is a black-and-white transaction. I mean, you may need moving costs. You may need us to kick a tenant out. May need us to do an eviction. You may need us to do the junk out. You might live out-of-state. It might be difficult. Whatever it is, we’re going to do for you. We even do things with all the COVID-19 madness going on. We’re doing video closings. Obviously, this person didn’t want to come out and meet someone at the property. We have no problem doing that. We’ll take care of you.
