Speaker 1: All right. We are looking at this nice place in Cumming here. Guy’s got all kinds of probate issues. House has been abandoned for about 12 years but we’re going to take it. We’re going to help him get it all out of probate court. As you can see up there, you got holes in the roof. All kinds of foundation issues. That’s what that means. All this is coming down.
Well like I said, we’re going to help this guy out. Cities on him, giving him all kinds of citations. We can handle all that. We are going to help him get his family, get his name on the deed, get all out of court. His parents died and he wants to save a few things out of here so we’re going to help him with all his moving costs, get him some storage units and take care of all this stuff.
Now I said this guy doesn’t have too many more options. It’s not like this kind of house can go on the market. It’s unsafe for anybody to be. We shouldn’t be walking around in here but like I say, we’re going to do everything we can to help this guy out.
Here we’re going to check the subfloor in this house. This is something that this guy would not be able to sell it and already we can tell we got serious issues here. I’m not going to be able to get this up, I don’t think, but that is all wood. That is just… I can just do it with my fingers. I don’t even need to get. Wow, this is bad and this is just years and years and you can see that hole in the roof up there. All that moisture, all that water for 10 years, it’s just gone all on this carpet. It’s completely trashed this. I’m going to go get a crowbar. I’m going to get a hammer out with truck.
So the boss who’s filming now actually says she wants to keep these. That’s debatable but I get what she’s saying but you know these are like, I don’t think that they’re what you think they are. They are not antiques. What we are actually thinking about doing is this is the guest bath but opening this door to a bedroom and making that the master bedroom, so we can put a nice double vanity in here.
