Robert: Hey guys, this is Robert with We Buy Houses, Dawsonville, and we’re talking about mobile homes today, specifically. A lot of people won’t buy mobile homes, a lot of investors. We will. We’ll still buy them for cash from you. We can still close in two weeks. As you can see we’re working on this one right now, it was in pretty bad shape, but we don’t mind taking mobile homes. We actually like them a lot. Anything you have, we will take as is. You don’t have to make any kind of repairs, anything like that. We pay all your closing costs. And we can usually get it closed in about two weeks. We’ll kind of walk through the house here as I’m talking a little bit.
As you can see, we got our guys working here today. We’re redoing the bathrooms and the floor. We don’t talk about the end of this, but we build these houses and do them very nicely so a nice new family or young couple can move in. We keep them very affordable. It kind of helps everybody when we buy a house. We get to sell it to someone else. And we bring it all up to code and do all those things to make it safe.
And this one in particular, we were not able to give this guy cash. He wanted a little bit more for his price. We actually worked out some owner financing. We were still able to take the property in two weeks and work through all that. He had some kind of issues with liens in the property, but we were able to take care of all that through our closing attorneys. And we paid all the other costs as well. Any time, we can close anytime you want. Sometimes you need to stay in the house for an extra month or two. Sometimes we need to find you another place to live. Sometimes we need to kick your tenants out and do an eviction for you. That’s no problem.
