Robert: Hey guys, Robert here with We Buy Houses Atlanta. We’re talking about something we don’t normally talk about. We are buying this pot of land today. So this is something that doesn’t come up very often. I mean, we say we buy houses in any condition. We take them as is. Pay you cash in two weeks, all that good stuff, but we don’t talk about raw land very much. So this property… Actually, we’re going to buy two of these properties from this gentleman. This one has septic and water on it already. The other one does not. It doesn’t matter to us. We worked it all out. This is actually, I don’t know if you can see anything behind you, but it’s a mobile home community and we’re going to buy these and put a brand new mobile home so a family can move in. Nice three twos. And we actually found it, it’s across the street from the mobile home we just renovated.
So again, we will buy mobile homes. We will buy the plots of land, any vacant land you have. We’re always going to be interested in things like that. This is a little bit more of an advanced thing that not a lot of buyers will take because you need to have a better construction background and be able to pull permits and things like that. But just keep us in mind. Remember anything that you need to sell, we will take. This vacant land in particular was becoming a liability. Kids were partying on here and you’d be surprised. If something happens on your land that you own, you are going to be liable and you may not have insurance on a vacant lot. So something that I point out to people that, if it’s something you’re not using, then it can be a liability to you. And again, we will take care of it. Pretty easy to close these.
