As you can see this one’s pretty rough shape. We are going to take this house as is. We’ll kind of walk around as we’re going through here. The owners do not need to do any repairs whatsoever. They moved out quite some time ago. It looks like there’s been some vandalism, lots of mold in here. Lots of rodents, rat droppings everywhere. Lots of repairs to be made. Plumbing is shot, mildew all over the place. It’s going to be quite a job. So it’s the kind of thing where they couldn’t sell it through any other means on the retail market.
