We’re looking at this house here. Obviously it’s got some DIY stuff you can see in the background here, a little DIY electrical stuff. It looks like at some point they had a weird rental thing going on back there. And then they had an illegal duplex, I guess, in the basement.

So we’re going to go and take the property as is for cash in two weeks, like we always do. We’ll take care of the tenants, getting them evicted. We’ve already got the sheriff over here today to give them some papers.
And they’re scared. They’re not even home right now, but that’s what we do. We’re going to solve your problems. Even with all this COVID going on and being a landlord is tough right now. You can’t do evictions. You can’t throw people out. These people had already been behind and then all this stuff came up and now they have to wait longer and longer. We have ways that we can do these things a little bit faster. Take care of all the stress for you. We just solve all those problems with bad tenants. We don’t mind.
